52 Week Challenge Week 3: Nostalgia

This was actually a fun one to take. I must admit that I did not go out and take may shots this week, but instead remembered this imaged I took late last year while visiting the lake front. That particular day, it was super cold, had just snowed, and everything was just miserable. So when I took this picture, I thought nothing of it until I decided to edit it and see where I can go.

Nostalgia is often a weird thing for me. Most people think of something to remind them of the past or of something from their lives. To me, I think more of something that looks and feels older and reminiscent of simpler times. This photo tries to invoke that though. The old time feel of it all.
